This screen displays the settings for calculating tickets.


Touch Actions


Swipe to get the Calendar Screen to the right of this screen


Phone Buttons


The Menu button provides a list of actions available


The Back button exits the app



Adverts / Donate

Adverts can be removed by Donating to get an advanced key

Calculates a new set of tickets, with the current Settings and Prices

This will automatically scroll to the Calendar Screen

Get help for the current page

You will be prompted for online or offline help:

Main Menu

Accessed by pressing the menu button.

Calculates a new set of tickets, with the current Settings and Prices

- this is the same as pressing the 'Calculate' action button

- this will automatically switch to the Calendar Screen

App Help is available either online or offline

The Offline Help App will prompt for installation if not already installed (its approx 11mb)

Offline help can be turned on by default in the Options Screen


Choosing Quick Tips displays the Info Screen

Settings

start date

Enter the start date of the calculations, the first ticket will not be before this date

end date

Enter the end date of the calculations, must be within two years of the start date
Tickets will be calculated upto this date

exact end

If selected, the last ticket will finish exactly on this date
If not the last ticket can go beyond this date

accuracy

Changes how accurate the calculations are, vs how fast the calcualtions will be
In practice, more accuracy is better - as it will check more tickets for the cheapest

exact end

The number of consecutive days, for which a ticket is not required, that will always force a new ticket to be required
Use this for holiday gaps etc, to force tickets to not overlap the holidays
For example, If you set this to 2 then no tickets will overlap a weekend, 3 for bank holiday weekends, 4 for long weekends, 5 for full weeks etc
